The inspiration to connect spirits producers, distillers, brand advocates and educators with a discerning public through one platform is based on the idea that the existing events market lacks a “one stop shopping” experience. With the launch of Barrel Strength Talent, spirits enthusiasts of all levels can now book top industry talent for corporate and private events in one place.

Founder Lia Niskanen’s undying respect and admiration for the spirits professionals she has met on her journey in the industry ultimately led her to advocate for these highly skilled but often “behind the scenes” experts. Drawing from a deep well of relationships formed over the course of a decade in the field, Niskanen has an innate sensibility for pairing the right talent with a client’s needs. With a goal towards curating the highest possible quality of care for her team and for the customer experience from start to finish, Barrel Strength Talent is positioned to become a leader in the advocacy and promotion of spirits education with a global outreach.
